Fermentation Vessels, otherwise known as fermenters or FVs, have always been an essential part of even the humblest home-based operation – and they hold a pretty important role in your brewery.These vessels are where wort is held as it ferments into beer. FVs should allow easy flushing of yeast at the end of the process.Some might say, it’s where the magic happens!
These days, we use cylindroconical tanks as they eliminate the need to move beer while in process. This is a game changer in terms of beer quality, process times, space utilization, and production economy.
