Industrial brewery equipment for 500-10000L bright beer tank which beer conditioning and maturation are often also called Brite beer tanks, serving tanks, bright beer tanks (=BBTs) or maturation or conditioning tanks. These tanks use the storage of the beer prior. Depending on their application the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or located in a cold room. For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location.

Function: After fermenting, beer will be stored in BBT for carbonation and serving.

Component: Shadowless manhole, Mechnical relief valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gauge, spunding valve, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve etc.

Capacity: effective volume is 100L-30000L, 1BBL-300BBL

Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket around tank.

Cooling media: glycol water

Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.( Our standard design, MPa can be customized).
