Mash Tun/Lauter Tank Assembly:

All stainless steel 304 construction, dished top.

Fully TIG welded assembly. Internal welds are smoothed with external welds acid cleaned and re-grained. External welds are stripe buffed.

Internal mash grid assembly with wedge wire removable screens for ease of cleaning.

(1)sealed access door.

(2)sealed top man door access.

(3) Thermo-well installed with RTD for measuring temperature in Mash / Lauter Tun (Please note that we recommend a Digital wand to measure multiple places in Mash / Lauter Tun to gauge an accurate temperature).

(4) Fully welded steam jacket with rear exit protruding steam/condensate nipples on main body.

Brew Kettle/ Whirlpool Assembly:(brewery equipment)

The HLT includes an electrically actuated steam valve that is pre-wired into our control panel for temperature control.

Standard Control/Electrical package will include:

Touch screen HMI display(optional).

Temperature readout for the Mash Tun, Brew Kettle & HLT.

Automated temperature control for the HLT.

VFD for main transfer pump.

Float switch controllers for the Grant/Hop back kettle.

VFD for the Hot Liquor Tank pump.

Our main system power requirements are standard 380V 3 phase power. Alternate supply power options are available upon request. Some cost increases may apply.

Cylinder-conical fermenters

Fermenters(brewery equipment)

The standard fermentation vessel includes sight tube, carbonation stone port and front access manway. Stainless steel dimple jackets are utilized on the fermenters to maximize glycol cooling performance, allowing the brewer to crash cool beers and maintain lagering temperatures. A dedicated temperature controller and glycol solenoid valve are included with each fermenter. Other standard accessories include pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, CIP ball and dry hop port. Our jacketed fermenters are unitanks, doubling as a brite tank if needed.

The standard brite tank includes sight tube, carbonation stone port and front access manway. Stainless steel dimple jackets are utilized on the brite tanks to maximize glycol cooling performance, allowing the brewer to maintain low lagering temperatures. The dedicated temperature controller and glycol solenoid valve are included with each brite tank.

Package Type : As usual, we adopt wooden case as package type. It’s suitable for long-distance transport. According to customers’ special demand, we could adopt sheet iron case and so on.
