– It doesn’t begin and end with a quote. DEGONG goes the extra mile before the sale to assist with equipment layouts, utility requirements and other critical information so our “potential” customers can make educated decisions regarding the suitability of a property.

– We provide the potential customer the technical supports like 2D and 3D drawings according to the practical layout

– Once your facility is ready for equipment startup, it is time for commissioning and training. We are responsible to dispatch our engineer to assemble your brewery equipment at site and then train your staff by brewing 1 or 2 batches of pilot brew.

– For the malfunctions beyond the warranty period, Degong will also be responsible to it, but the seller should take in charge of the expenses.
