Brew Kettles/whirlpool tank
Our brew kettles are made from premium stainless steel 304 . These designs are 100% sanitary, as there are no threads that touch your wort. We have designed a unique combination brew kettle and whirlpool tank, which allow you to separate the hot break from the wort prior to cast out. The dished bottom of the stainless brew kettle and a tangential inlet allows you to effectively stir your wort by pumping it from the regular outlet and back into the brew kettle via the inlet.
When your boil is done, you stir the wort to create a whirlpool for 10 to 15 minutes. You can do it either hot or cold, but if hot, be sure not to aerate your wort. After stirring, let it settle for 10 to 20 minutes. The solids will accumulate in the bottom center of the brew kettle and you can then gently drain your clear wort from the brew pot through the sanitary ball valve.

Mash/Lauter tun
Our mash tuns can be used in a variety of mashing methods and are designed to give you an optimum combination of good extraction, high gravities, and efficient lautering. Whether you use a single infusion mash method, or a step mash method to increase the temperature of the mash to different temperatures over time, we have designed our mash tuns to be flexible enough to accommodate your process. Each mash tun has a sanitary thermowell for accurate mash readings and the ability to have precise temperature control.
We offer motorized rakes and plows on many of our mash tuns to help break up the grain bed and make it easier to grain out. Brewing is work, but it does not have to be back breaking. All of our mash tuns come standard with sanitary tri-clamp fittings for easy cleaning and production of high-quality wort. Each mash tun is sized to get the proper grist to water ratio for a high gravity beer without overflowing.

Hot Liquor Tanks
If a brewery or home brew setup does not have an on demand hot water heater that can heat water to 170°F, a hot liquor tank (HLT) is an absolute must! Using a hot liquor tank during the brewing pocess provides the precious hot water that is needed for any brew day and standard clean in place (CIP) practices.
Most of our electric hot liquor tanks come with a tangential inlet to re-circulate the hot water and prevent heat stratification. They can also be offered with insulation to reduce heat loss and increase energy efficiency.
Our hot liquor tanks can be powered by steam, electric or direct fire (propane or natural gas).
The electrically powered tanks have tri-clamp ports that accept electrical heating elements.
The steam-powered tanks have a dimpled jacket in which steam can run through.
Direct fire tanks have a heat shield and mounting brackets underneath in which a burner can be installed.
