The Brew House is complete with all equipment. All equipment are with high standard an very simple to use. According to the requirements of different customers, the beer brewhouse system can be classified according to the following criteria.

Based on quantity of tank,the brewhouse can be 2/3/4 vessels brewhouse.

2-vessel:MLT(mash/lauter tank)+KWT(kettle/whirlpool tank)+HLT(hot liquid tank)

3-vessel:MT(mash tank)+LT(lauter tank)+KWT(kettle/whirlpool tank)+HLT(hot liquid tank)

MLT(mash/lauter tank)+KT(kettle tank)+WT(whirlpool tank)+HLT(hot liquid tank)

2 tank 3 vessels:Combined MLT(mash/lauter tank is above of hot water tank)&HLT(hot water tank at below of mash/lauter tank)+KWT(kettle/whirlpool tank)

4-vessel:MT(mash tank)+LT(lauter tank)+KT(kettle tank)+WT(whirlpool tank)+HLT(hot liquid tank)

 

Based on the heating method,the brewhouse can be divided into electric heating,steam heating and direct fire heating.

1.Electric heating is suitable for the micro brewery equipment from 100l-1000l.

2.Steam heating is suitable for commercial brewery equipment above 1000L.

3.In some area,the electric is very expensive,and the use of steam is very strict,then direct fire heating is a good choice.

Base on the material,the brewhouse can be divided into copper brewhouse and stainless steel brewhouse.

1.For commercial brewery or some beer brewing factory,most of them will choose stainless steel brewhouse.

2.For some public place,such as hotel,restaurant and brewpub….the copper brewhouse is a good choice.Red copper brewhouse can be shown and attract more customers because of its beautiful color.But the copper brewhouse is more expensive.

 

Of course,these just are recommended according to normal condition,all of our equipment can be customized.

This 10hl brewing equipment 3 vessel Brew House with” mash+lauter+boiling/whirlpool”-brew house manual version with manual butterfly valve. It is possible to make 3-4 brews/day.

Net Volume:1000 Liter

Heating system: Electric heating/gas heating/steam heating

Insulating: 80 mm

Material: SUS 304

Mashing tun mounted on the frame. There is a glass top manhole on the top.Also on the top are connection for agitator, grist hydrator and cleaning over one spray ball. The temperature sensors PT100 are on the site on mashing tun for the temperature control.

Gross Volume:1400 Liter

Net Volume:1000 Liter

Bottom: false bottom for getting clear wort

Insulating: 80 mm

Material: stainless steel (SUS 304)

Lauter tun mounted also on the frame.There is a glass top manhole on the top.Also on the top are connection for raker,spray ball and spray arm. On the side are existing side manhole for spent grain removing. The temperature sensors PT100 are on the site on mashing tun for the temperature control.

 

Boiling/whirlpool tun of 10hl brewing equipment beer brewhouse

With tangential port for whirlpool

Insulating: 80 mm

Material: stainless steel (SUS 304)

Boiling/whirlpool tun mounted also on the frame . There is a glass top manhole on the top. Also on the top are connection for spray ball.On the side of tank,there is a tangential port for whirlpool. The temperature sensors PT100 are on the site on mashing tun for the temperature control.

The brew house will be completely installed before delivery for works inspection. All connections/fittings for water pipe, gas and electrical, exhaust vapour, chimney and waste discharge must be done by the client in order to start the production.
