2000L brewery equipment brewhouse system with plate heat exchanger

2-vesssel brewing system Basic Configuration:

Mash tun/lauter tun combined 20 HL

Kettle/whirlpool tun 20 HL

Hot Liquid Tank (HLT) 20 HL

Plate heat exchanger (HE) etc.

A 2-vessel brew house as the basic configuration incl. HLT, which can guarantee 3-4 brews per day.

 

A hot water tank is preparing the hot water in advance to make sure there is enough water for mashing in and sparging etc, which is very important for continuous brewing. HLT is also used for hot water storage after wort cooling.

Heat exchanger spec will be defined as the actual data from brewing, like wort/water inlet/outlet temperature etc. A  single stage wort cooler is configured, which will be using the ice water for wort cooling. The ice water is from Ice Liquid Tank (ILT) with tap water to be cooled by separate plate cooler via glycol liquid.
