Function: Used for keep wort fermentation or maturation.

Component: Fermentation tank and bright beer tank

Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket both bottom and top.

Cooling media: Complete stainless steel pipeline for cooling between glycol water tank and fermentation tank.

Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.

Beer brewery bright beer Tanks:

In addition to a fermentation tank, you will also need a Brite tank if you don’t already have one. You’ll transfer your newly-fermented beer to the Brite tank. You can adjust the carbonation at this stage. Otherwise, the beer stays in the Brite tank until you’re ready to serve or bottle it.

  • Construction is from food grade stainless steel 304, all pipes are SUS304
  • 25% fermentation space at least
  • All tanks will be tested and inspected in the NDT room after construction & Quality Control Checks
  • Jackets will be tested using water pressure testing, testing pressure: 0.4Mpa (4 Bar) & working pressure:0.2Mpa (2Bar)
  • Will be pressure tested for 48hours before leaving factory;
  • All the welds are full TIG welded by water spray method to ensure uniform weld pattern with full pickling & passivation
  • All tanks are mirror polishing inside, to be Ra 0.4um.

 

Glycol cooling system

Function: Used for cooling wort in heat exchanger when it finished the mashing in brewhouse, and cooling wort in fermentation tank in the fermenting period.

Component:Glycol water tank, glycol water ump,  pipeline and etc.
Capaticy:Based on fermentation tank and bright beer tank
