Brewhouse of beer brewing equippment assembly adopted with three vessels: Mash/Kettle, Lauter tun and Whirpool tun.Steam heating method is better for its stablity and effciency.All of the tank will have separate steam jacket in order to improve tanks’s using efficiency and adopted with working platform for operating.

Brew kettle assembled with mash agitator, condenser tube and also has whirpooling functions.
Lauter tun assembled with rakers and false bottom for grains separation.
Whirpool tun is multi functioned for wort whirpooling, wort mashing,wort boiling,water boiling and hot water storing.
Two stage heat exchanger used for wort cooling by city water and and glycol water.Meanwhile the heated city water(after cooling wort the water will change to hot) can be used for next brewing or cleaning tank to save energy.The system also configure with two sanitary frequency controller pumps, providing a low transfer speed for filtration and sparging and high transfer speed for intensive and effective system cleaning.All of the pipes and valve are food grade SUS304.

2.Lauter tun-beer brewing equipment
Function: lautering – separation of the solid part of mash (grains) from the liquid part (wort) during beer wort production process.
Modular 4 parts screen sieve separating the wort bath from lautering area.
