Description
The design of the 600L brewery tank is maximally tailored to the requirements of the high efficiency of the wort production, while maintaining its good ergonomics.
This beer brewhouse system is the essential part of the complete 600L beer brewing equipment for sale. Primary function of this system is the production of wort using either infusion or decoction boiling method. Wort is an intermediate necessary product in production of beer. Beer then arises from wort after its fermentation and maturation in special pressure tanks – fermenters.
1st tank = mashing tank (tank to mixing malt in water) + wort boiling tank (tank to boiling of wort)
2nd tank = lauter tank (tank to filtration of wort)
3rd tank = whirlpool tank(tank to separation of hops from wort + tank to temporary storage of hot wort) .
The operation platform,control system are also parts of 600L brewery equipment brewhouse system.

Most European customers like steam heating,but Irish customer like electric boiler better,because the using of steam boiler is very strict and it is very inconvenient in Ireland.Most South American customers like direct fire heating method,because the electric is more expensive.But What I said is just a case in general, of course, what method the customers choose is according to the specific circumstances.
