Heating method consist of three methods: steam heated, electric heated and direct fire heated

Gas Direct-fired Brewhouse provides three specifications of 7BBL/10BBL/15BBL for your convenience.It’s well known as the technology and heating source,which bring great benefits for the hotels or bars located in such areas featured with expensive use of electricity.The brewing area gets narrow as no separate hot water tanks are needed in the whole installation.herefore,it is widely applied in micro beer brewing production line.

Electric Heated Brewhouse

DEGT has promoted to develop micro electric-heated brewhouse with the specifications of 7BBL-15BBL for customer choices.It makes use of constant tempt,brewing techinique and common industry electricity source,providing great convenience for hotel,bar and micro breweries.

Steam Heated Brewhouse

Steam heating is the most stable and efficient heating method, but it will need a steam biloer(gas bolier/diesel boloer and electric bolier) and will add some eqipment cost.

Brewery equipment configuration:

Butterfly valves, yeast adding tank, hops hole, breather valve, raking arm, sampling valve, lifting ear, four legs, adjustable foot wort pump, PHE, operation platform（SS304), raker, temperature probe, sight glass.
