Hot and Cold Liquor Tanks
We offer an extensive range of liquor tanks designed to suit the Customers exact requirements and include:
Both horizontal and vertical tanks
Cooling jackets on cold liquor tanks
Hot liquor tanks with either steam jackets or electrically heated
Grist Handling and Hydrators
Both modular or individually designed grist handling systems including integration of grist mills are offered and include a range of standard hydrators to suit plant size and hydration rate.
We supply a number of mash tun designs including wedge wire floors, mash removal arms, rakes and heating jackets on the side walls. All mash tuns have rotating sparge arms, recirculation connections and CIP spray balls.

Wort Coolers, Valves & Pumps, Pipework and Ancillaries
To integrate the Brewhouse items we supply a full range of equipment including manual and automatic valves, control valves, pumps, wort coolers, hopseed filters, wort aeration points, flowmeters and sample valves all from recognised manufacturers.
A complete range of CIP systems is offered whether a small mobile unit designed for single use to fully automated fixed recovery systems.
Each system designed and specified following detailed discussions with the Customers to ensure their exact needs.

Instrumentation and Control
DEGONG has the answer and will work closely with the Client to design the controls and instrumentation to suit the breweries operating procedure.
The control of the brewery generally incorporates a stainless steel operators panel.
With digital displays for temperatures, instantaneous flowrate and total volume transferred.
Horizontal and vertical tanks usually with dished or shallow cone ends. They offered generally to a pressure rated design with the same options of ancillary equipment as for the fermenters.
These tanks used as a ‘Uni Tank’ suitable for both fermentation and conditioning/racking.
Control systems for fermenters and conditioning/racking tanks supplied for individual or multiple tanks displaying current. Set temperatures with the option of an advanced tank temperature control system.
