Fermentation  tank features:

Fermentation tank with high-quality stainless steel (optional 2B or high-precision surface polishing),exterior with 2mm high quality stainless steel (2B or optional high-precision surface polishing),the intermedium insulation is made of high-performance polyurethane. It can also be designed and manufactured as per user’s request.

Dish head/ Cylinder/60° cone bottom(options others)/ shell jacket(one or two sections)/insulation both on shell and bottom / with adjustable legs.

Connections:PVRV / CO2 outlet / coolant inlet and outlet / Pt 100 interface / sample valve / side manhole/

CIP interface / wort inlet and yeast outlet / elbow beer outlet / add dry hops dozing(filling) pipe.

Our bright beer tanks – (BBT)  have either horizontal or vertical standing tanks built according to ASME pressure vessel standards. We equip our tanks with dimple jacket and insulate with polyurethane, exterior cladding in stainless steel.
