Our brewhouse system is designed to serve craft brewers for producing high quality beer efficiently. Brewhouse is made of premium quality food grade stainless steel 304, integrated with VFD control pumps, heat exchanger, platform,wort oxygnation system,grist hydrater,hops filter,grant tank, control panel  and valves&pipes in a sanitary modular system.

The two vessel brewhouse consist of a combined vessel of “mash tun/lauter tun,brew kettle & whirlpool,hot liquor tank(optional)”, and it complies with highest sanitary processing standards.

 

1.Mash / Lauter Tun Combine Vessel separating wort from grain and storing hot liquor.

• Lautering function:Dished top vessel, lauter tun has v-wired false bottom ,top mounted light, and side mounted grain out door and grain chute,backflush pipe.
• Equipped with level sight gauge and side mounted manway.
• Mashing function:VFD controlled motor,spray ring,mash hydration unit.

Material:

•  Interior shell:Mirror stainless steel 304 polished to 0.4um, fully welded, ground and polished hygiene surface.
•  Exterior cladding: 2B finished, fully welded, ground and polished.
•  Dished head with conical floor. A mash hydration unit on top of tank for complete doughing in of grain.
•  Insulation: Polyurethane foam100mm thickness.

  

2.Brew kettle / Whirpool Combine vessel for infusion or decoction mashing, wort boiling, precipitating protein & polyphenols.

• Steam jacket on the bottom and side of vessel to heat the wort.
• Sanitary centrifugal pump with variable speed control and water cooled bearings.
• Equipped with condensation stack with water spray nozzles.
• Tangential port for whirlpool
