Description
The wort after fermentation process is called green beer. until then, the Co2 content in the beer is still not enough. Because of the existing of volatiles flavor compounds, the taste is not good, which is far from the drinking requirements. Numerous suspended yeast and precipitated materials haven’t subsided completely, the beer is not very clear. So it will take about several weeks or months of lagering period to mature and clear in insulated beer maturation tank, which is designed only for second phase of the beer fermentation process.
