Application

Almost of our water chillers can be used for plastic industry cooling, like injection, blow molding, extrusion, etc.

Both air cooled water chiller and water cooled chiller is ok, so this depends on your choice and the local ambient condition.

 

1) Chilled outlet water temperature range from 5°C to 35°C

2) Different refrigerant available R22,R407c,R134a,R410a

3) Famous brand scroll Copeland, Sanyo Compressor

4) Built-in water pump from Minamoto/Taiwan

5) Shell and tube or tank with coil evaporator available

6) Precise microcomputer control system

Remarks:

1. Test Cooling Condition: Chilled water inlet/outlet temperature 12°C /7°C;Cooling water inlet/outlet temperature 30°C/35°C

2. Power supply: 3Ph-380V-50HZ;with voltage allowance ±10%,voltage difference between the phase lines±2%;

3. The data above is for R22, contact us if that for R134a,R407c and other refrigerant need;
