Based on yeast tpye,beer is divided into ale and lager

Ale (Top fermentation beer), fermentation temperature is 16 to 24 ℃.Arbonic acid is low because of its high fermentation temperature.Its taste is more abundant because adding much condiment.Therefore you can feel its concordances.

Lager(Bottom fermentation beer),however,its fermentation temperature is 8-12 ℃. Its alcoholicity is low compared to ale,and its taste is softer.In addition,because carbonic acid is higher than ale,so its taste is cool and refreshing.

Beer production and beer brewing equipment needed

Technology of beer brewery equipment includes the following stages:

Malt milling – crush the malt to degree saccharification need. Malt miller

Mashing – change a substance insoluble in water into a sugar soluble in water.Mash tank

Mash filtering – After mashing,separate wort from spent grain.Lauter tank

Wort boiling -wort with hops, and other ingredients, then cooked for 1-2 hours.Brew kettle 

Clarification of the wort – remove insoluble residues of barley and hops after boilng.Whirlpool tank

Cooling and aeration of wort -cooled wort to the temperture fermetation needed.Plate heat exchanger

Fermentation – transfer simple sugars in the wort to alcohol and carbon dioxide.Fermentation tank

Filtering -beer is filtered from the remnants of yeast.Beer Filter

Bottling&Canning&Kegging – sell beer in bottles ,cans or keg.Bottling line,canning line or keg filling machine

Pasteurization – some beers are pasteurized , so for longer storage.Pasteurization machine
