Beer fermentation system introduciton

Customizing tanks to fit a space is common and no additional charge in most cases. We have designed and installed stackable fermentation tank, brite tanks and serving tanks. These systems save space, take advantage of available clearance and look incredibly appealing to brewery goers.

DEGONG offer horizontal lagering tanks in individual and stackable options. We can adjust port locations and clocking to better utilize space and run glycol piping. We offer options such as dry hops port ,fermentation tank configurations and brite tank racking arms upon request. If you can dream it, we can do it.

 

Fermentation Tank:

Without a proper fermentation tank, you won’t be able to make beer, especially not beer of a decent quality. You won’t be able to control airflow, measure gravity, remove yeast, or retrieve the beer. Thus, one of the most important tools for crafting great beer is a great fermentation tank. Fortunately, you can perform all of the tasks we just described with DEGONG fermentation tank.

In addition to a fermentation tank, you will also need a Brite tank if you don’t already have one.We offer horizontal lagering tanks in individual and stackable options. And we can adjust port locations and clocking to better utilize space and run glycol piping. We offer options such as stainless dry hop funnels, uni-tank configurations and brite tank racking arms upon request. If you can dream it, we can do it.

•  Construction is from food grade stainless steel 304, all pipes are SUS304
• Tanks have a 25% fermentation space at least
• All tanks will be tested and inspected in the NDT room after construction & Quality Control Checks
• Jackets will be tested using water pressure testing, testing pressure: 0.4Mpa (4 Bar) & working pressure:0.2Mpa (2Bar)
• All tanks will be pressure tested for 48hours before leaving factory;
• Welds are full TIG welded by water spray method to ensure uniform weld pattern with full pickling & passivation
• All tanks are mirror polishing inside, to be Ra 0.4um.
